Rules of Admission
1. Registration does not guarantee admission. All candidates from KG onwards
are required to appear for an admission test. It is the responsibility of the
parent/guardian to ensure the candidate's presence at the school on the
designated date and time for the test. No retests or interviews will be
conducted for absent candidates.
2. Admission is granted solely based on merit, without any
consideration for caste, creed, or community.
3. Prior registration with the school is mandatory for
appearing in the admission test. The prospectus cum Registration Form can be
purchased from the school office. However, the form will be accepted only after
the candidate's name appears in the merit list.
4. Incomplete or
illegible Admission Forms, lacking photographs, or missing required documents
will not be processed or accepted.
5. Dates for tests, interviews, or interactions will be
provided at the time of registration. The school reserves the right to change
the dates and times of interviews if necessary.
6. Issuance of the form and registration do not imply
admission, which is subject to seat availability and completion of other
required procedures.
7. Documents required at the time of registration are as
follows:
A. Two photographs of the child, one photo each of the
father and mother
B. Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Office
C. Proof of residence
D. Mark sheet of the previous class passed
E. For classes 2nd to 12th, Transfer Certificate
(counter-signed)
8. Students transferring from other schools must provide a
transfer certificate duly countersigned by the District Education Officer and a
mark sheet from the previous school. Failure to provide these documents may
result in the cancellation of admission.
9. Entrance Tests/Interviews: Written tests will be
conducted for candidates seeking admission from Class I onwards. Only those who
clear the written test will be called for an interview. Results will be
displayed on the notice board on the specified dates mentioned during the
interview.
10. Fees once paid are non-refundable under any
circumstances.
11. Admission Formalities:
● Candidates whose names are included
in the admission list must submit the fee by the indicated dates. Failure to do
so will result in automatic cancellation of admission.
● Parents are requested to carefully
fill out and submit the Admission Form along with the payment of fees. The form
is enclosed in this booklet.
● The child's date of birth must be
supported by the original Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal
Corporation/Local Body, along with a certified photocopy. Affidavits or other
evidence will not be accepted in place of the Birth Certificate. For classes
Nursery and KG, the Birth Certificate is required. For Class I and above, the
Transfer Certificate must be attached. The Transfer Certificate must be
countersigned by the relevant State Education Authority.
12. Important Reminders:
● Students with outstanding dues will
not be allowed to participate in weekly unit tests, terminal exams, or the
annual examination.
● Fee-paid receipts must be produced
when requested by the school authorities. Non-production of receipts will be
considered as non-payment of dues.
● Students who show little progress
due to persistent idleness or proven incapacity may be asked to leave the
school.
