IMPORTANT POINTS
Guidelines for Parents
- Parents
are not permitted to enter classrooms or meet teachers during class hours
unless prior permission is obtained from the principal.
- Parents
should schedule meetings with the Principal regarding school matters
between 10:30 am to 12:00 noon (Summer) and 11:30 am to 1:00 pm (Winter).
- Parents
are encouraged to cooperate and motivate their children to actively
participate in all extracurricular activities organized by the school.
- When
your child is unable to attend school due to illness or other reasons,
please submit a leave application explaining the absence.
- Parents
should refrain from requesting their children to leave school before
regular class hours are completed.
- It is
important to provide sufficient attention and time to your children,
assisting them with their studies at home. Please review and sign their
School Diary daily and check their Homework and Classwork copies for any
remarks from teachers.
- School
fees should be paid in cash and within the specified time frame. The last
date for fee payment is the 10th of every month at the school office. A
late fee fine of Rs. 1/- per day will be charged after the due date as per
the rules. Fees are to be paid for 12 months. The fee depositing time is
7:30 am to 10:00 am (Summers) and 8:30 am to 11:00 am (Winter).
- If
you plan to withdraw your child from the school or discontinue using the school
transport, please submit a written notice of withdrawal (one month's
notice) before the 1st of the month. Otherwise, the fee for the current
month will be charged in full.
- The
Transfer Certificate and Report Card will only be issued to parents who have
cleared all outstanding dues to the school when withdrawing their ward.
- Please
note that fees once paid are non-refundable.
- To
avoid late fee fines, please ensure timely fee payment. Kindly refrain
from meeting the Principal specifically regarding late fee fines.
- If
your child is unwell, please do not send them to school as the school
management cannot be held responsible for any mishaps. Sick children found
attending school will be requested to return home immediately.
- Any
serious misconduct by the student or parent can result in the expulsion of
the child from the school without prior notice.
- Additional
Guidelines for Students:

Students are expected to actively
participate in all school activities to benefit from the personality
development opportunities provided.
○
Students should maintain friendly
relationships with their classmates and promote harmony both within and outside
the school premises, respecting cultural diversity.
○
On Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) or
any other designated day, students are strictly required to be in school
uniform, except when specifically instructed otherwise for certain occasions.
